Testimonials

Trusted by the Best

Many of our regular clients and members from Rumney Rugby Club trust our recovery facilities to help them perform at their best. From post-match recovery sessions throughout the season to intensive pre-season preparation for the year ahead, our facilities provide the ideal environment for rest, rehabilitation, and recovery. We are proud to support local athletes in maintaining their health, enhancing performance, and ensuring they are ready for the challenges of the next season.

I was really impressed with Hydro Healing. The saunas and ice baths were fantastic, and the whole setup creates an excellent environment for recovery and to get me ready to perform again. As someone going in a busy part of the season, having access to facilities and a space like this is going to be hugely valuable, and I can't wait to utilise it more.

Hydro Healing Gym & Recovery Zone is hands down one of the best facilities I've used for both training and recovery. The contrast between heat and cold therapy leaves you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to perform at your best. The overall atmosphere is clean, professional, and welcoming, making it easy to stay motivated.

I recently used Hydro Healing's sauna and ice bath facilities the day after a rugby match, and the experience was excellent. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. I would definitely return and highly recommend their services.
